THOMAS DOOLEY

Thomas M. Dooley, age 82, of Neenah passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center – Neenah with his family at his side.  He was born on April 27, 1936 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, son of the late Thomas J. and Mildred (Dyskow) Dooley.  Thomas married Judith A. Pierson on April 25, 1959 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Their marriage was blessed with two children, and 59 wonderful years.  Thomas worked for 30 years for Koehring Company, until the company moved to Iowa.  He took a position with Kelbe Brothers; served as President of Butler Building and Supply; eventually retiring from J&B Construction.  He served as the NARI President in 1993 and 1994.  Tom was a very sociable, personable, and gregarious man.  He had many friends, loved entertaining, and was the most gracious host.  Tom was very proud of his Irish heritage, loved golfing, and single malt scotch.

Thomas will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Judith; his children: Diane (Gary) Rathsack, Neenah; David (Lora) Dooley, Glendale; grandson, Garett Rathsack, Neenah; sisters: Barbara Meyer, Rhinelander; Mary Andresek, Milwaukee; brother, Michael (Sharon) Dooley, Milwaukee.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Peter Dooley.

A Memorial Service for Thomas will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at Harder Funeral Home (18700 W. Capitol Dr., Brookfield).  Friends will be received at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until the hour of service.  In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
