Obituary
Marjorie Ioas Kellberg, age 92, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 30th, 2020, at St. Elizabeth Hospital with her children by her side. She was born February 10, 1927 in Chicago, IL, daughter of the late Clarence and Margarite (Ioas) Ullrich.
Marjorie graduated from Northwestern University. While she spent her entire life serving the Baha'i Faith, she spent 10 years pioneering as a Knight of Baha'u'llah in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles. When Marjorie returned to the United States she began her career as a teacher. She subsequently received her master's degree in Business Education from Florida Atlantic University.
After Marjorie's father died, she moved to Manatee County, FL to be near her mother where she taught Business Education until her retirement. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting, her cats and playing the piano.
Survivors include her three children: Paul Kellberg, Roy (Sherri) Kellberg, Karen (Dale) Clark; daughter-in-law, Lynne Kellberg; four grandchildren: Daniel Kellberg; Whitney Kellberg; Kristina Clark and her fiancé, Jacob Layne; and Allison Clark.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her sister, Florence Kelley.
The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 4, 2020, at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home. The visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the hour of service. A Private burial and interment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Fox Valley Humane Society (Appleton, WI) or your local SPCA in memory of Marjorie.
