HAROLD TORNOW

Harold William Tornow, age 62, passed away unexpectedly Thursday afternoon, April 30th at Mercy Hospital, Oshkosh.
He was born on November 8, 1957, in Neenah, WI, to Robert and Helen Tornow. The Reverend Charles Luhn of St. Mark's Lutheran Church baptized Harold and his twin brother, David, in their parent's home. Harold was named after his Uncle and paternal Grandfather.

Harold attended Neenah Public Schools, graduating in 1976. While in high school he worked part time at Memorial Florists and Park ‘N' Market. Harold played trumpet and French horn in the high school band. Harold earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from UW-Oshkosh. He enjoyed photography, music and his cats. He worked at Card and Camera in Neenah and later OEC Graphics in Oshkosh.

Harold is survived by his sisters, Jane, Donna, and Susan (Mark) Fagerburg and his brother David (Mary). He is also survived by three nieces and a nephew: Courtney (Adam), Whitney, Taylor and Graham.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, William and Matilda (Holey) Tornow and Otto and Bessie (Seelow) Jurgenson.

Harold will be buried at Oak Hill Cemetery.

The family is grateful for the doctors and nurses who cared for him in the Intensive Care Unit at Mercy Hospital.
