Obituary
Marjorie Ann Gerken, 85, was called by our Lord on Sunday May16, 2021. She was born April 18, 1936 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Joseph and Evelyn (Krush) Gehrke. Marge married Loren Gerken on August 27, 1974.
Marge graduated from Neenah High School, class of 1954. She volunteered her time and talent at Oshkosh Senior Center, where she prepared tax returns, at EAA Airshow, Stitches of Love and at her local church.
Marge is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Loren; nine children: Bob (Julie) Wagner, Terri Foth, Tony (Juli) Wagner, Randy (Sara) Wagner, Steve (Jeannie) Wagner, Dave (Debbie) Gerken, Jeff (Sheila) Gerken, Lyle (Joan) Gerken, and Michelle Malwitz; 23 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and her sister, Joan (Jerry) Tonn. She was further preceded in death by two grandsons: Richard Wagner, and Brandon Kluttermann; and a great granddaughter, Olivia Van Groll.
Funeral service for Marge will be 1:00 PM on Monday May 24, 2021 at ST. THOMAS CHURCH, 226 Washington St; Menasha, with Fr. Ralph Osborne officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Monday May 24, beginning at 11:00 AM until the 1:00 PM service. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Neenah.
