Obituary
Averil Lorraine (Ribble) Kuhlow, age 86, of Neenah passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at the Valley VNA Senior Care. After many years with Alzheimer's, we praise Jesus that she is once again whole and in the presence of her Lord and Savior.
She was born on June 27, 1934 in Neenah, Wisconsin, daughter of the late David and Edith Ribble. On February 19, 1955 she married Ruben A. Kuhlow at Calvary Bible Church in Neenah. Their marriage was blessed with two daughters, four sons, and 60 wonderful years together. Averil retired from Badger Globe Credit Union as a Loan Officer. She was a long-time faithful servant and a very active member at Calvary Bible Church for many years. She enjoyed serving the Lord by serving others. Averil was a woman of great faith. Her quiet, gentle spirit, and sweet smile will be truly missed, but never forgotten.
She is survived by her children: Julie (Michael) Herchmer, The Villages, FL & Tomahawk, WI; Robert (Doreen) Kuhlow, Neenah; Steven (Amy) Kuhlow, Menasha; Alex (Christine) Kuhlow, Philippines & Larsen, WI; Gregg (Stacey) Kuhlow, Hortonville; Lori (Daniel) Ney, Appleton; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one sister. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, one brother and one sister.We will be forever grateful for how well the Valley VNA cared for, supported and loved on mother and our family over the last four years.
A private family service for Averil will be held on Friday, December 18, 2020. In lieu of flowers, donations in Averil's name may be given to Crescent Lake Bible Camp or to Fox Valley Christian Academy.
