Tammy Lee Gerrits, 57, of Appleton, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, February 10, 2021. She was born in Neenah, WI on April 16, 1963, the daughter of George and Helen (Mellenthin) Whitman.
Tammy was a dedicated worker at Clear Water Paper in Neenah, WI. Tammy enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, gardening, and planting flowers. Tammy's children and grandchildren meant everything to her and loved to spend time with them.
Tammy is survived by her children and grandchildren: Chad (Kerry) Holcombe, (Kailyn, Hailey, and Aubrey); Elizabeth (her special friend Brian) DeLabio, (Jordyn, Willow, Alexander, Jaxon, and Lillian); Ashley (her special friend Eric) Groff, (Aurora, Hailey, Wyatt, and Mya); and Benjamin (Jennifer) Groff, (Baby Groff). Her siblings: Marybeth (Bobby) Dvorak, Kathie Doro, Karen (Glen) DuCharme and William Whitman. Along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Tammy was preceded in death by her parents: George and Helen Whitman; siblings; Sharon Whitman and George Whitman.
In keeping with Tammy's wishes, the family will hold a private gathering to honor her life.
