JOSEPH ORR

Joseph L. Orr, age 59, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Cherry Meadows Hospice.  He was born November 24, 1961 in Clintonville, son of the late Clifford and Jeanette Orr.

Joe graduated from Clintonville High School and then attended Cosmetology School.  He was a hairdresser and then owned and operated Attitudes Salon for many years. 

Joe was united in marriage to his partner of 30 years, Milton Wittmann, on May 3, 2014, in Dubuque, IA, with both their families present.  He preceded him in death on April 9, 2017.

Joe and Milton loved to travel, and they visited all 7 Continents together.  He really loved his cat and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors include five sisters: Barb (Mike) Mc Clone, Shawano, Beth (Richard) Loehr, Green Bay, Joanne Reinke (John Mc Ginty), Bear Creek, Mary (Jim) Heling, Bear Creek, Pat (Leon) Spiegelberg, Manawa; siblings-in-law: Carol (Marvin) Dillinger, Little Chute, Mary (David) John, Appleton, Dale (Christine) Wittmann, Appleton; nieces and nephews: Mick (Shana) Mc Clone, Oak Creek, Bill (Elisa) Mc Clone, Appleton, Shelly (Mike) Mc Clone Carriere, Milwaukee, Bob (Lauren Winkowski) Mc Clone, Phoenix, Pam Malcheski, Pulaski, Jennifer (Ed) Zentmeyer, Green Bay, Rhonda (Mike) Schertz, Bear Creek, Mindy (Scott) Norder, New London, Krista (Matt Curtis) Heling, Caroline, WI, Kandi (Joel) Schlueter, Manawa, Len (Darlene) Spiegelberg, Apple Valley, MN, Mandi (Aaron Steffen) Spiegelberg, Wausau, Anna (Jacob) Krueger, Manawa; and numerous other nephews; and grand nieces and grand nephews. 

Joe was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, Clarence and Dorothy Wittmann; and a brother-in-law, Michael Reinke.

A private family service will be held.  In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
