JERRY JESSE

Jerry F. Jesse, age 73, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Sunday, May 9, 2021 after a battle with Leukemia. He was born on April 8, 1948 to the late Aaron and Verna Jesse and resided in Neenah. Jerry married Carole Pollock on April 5, 1971, and their marriage was blessed with 50 years and two children. He worked for American Can for 40 years and retired in 2008. Jerry had a passion for golf, cars, drag racing, and the Packers. He loved spending time with his family, especially when he was around his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Jerry is survived by his wife Carole Jesse; children Michael (Denise) Jesse and Cynthia (Brent) Freeman; grandchildren Ashley, Nathan, Zachary, Matthew, and Lucas; great-grandchildren Kendra, Christine, and Daniel; siblings Vernon (Ethel) Jesse, June Magiary, and Mary (Steve) Welch; as well as other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings Carol, William, Allen, Irvin, and Nancy.

The memorial service for Jerry will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home, 205 W. Doty Avenue. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until the hour of the service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established to use towards Leukemia research.
