Obituary
Karl M. Losselyong, age 88 of Neenah, passed away peacefully on his 88th birthday, May 11, 2021. He was born in 1933 to the late Nicholas and Theresa (Hartzheim) Losselyong in Appleton and served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. After being stationed in Japan, he came home to marry Dolores Michalkiewicz on April 23, 1955. They then moved to Austin, TX where he continued his military career as a Staff Sargent. Soon after the birth of their first child, Karl and his family moved back to the Fox Valley where he began working for Banta Corp.
Karl will be sorely missed, but always remembered as a great dad and a fun grandpa who was a huge Packers fan.
Surviving Karl is his wife of 66 years, Dolores; his children: Linda (Leo) Fuerst; Terri (Mark) Rohde; Larry (Priscilla) Losselyong; and Mary Kay (John) Driscoll; his grandchildren: Alicia (Josh) Ray; Daniel (special friend Ariel Hunt) Rohde; Emily (Mike) Engelmann; Anna Rohde; Rachel (Patrick) Ralph; and Nick (special friend Lexi Rodencal) Losselyong; and his great-grandchildren: Amelia, Sawyer, and Molly. He is further survived by his siblings: Elizabeth (Bob) Nemecek; Eugene (Kathleen) Losselyong; Gerald (Elaena) Losselyong; as well as his sisters-in-law, Vivian Losselyong; Elizabeth Losselyong; Carol (Larry Commerford) Plach; brother-in-law, Robert (Shirley) Michalkiewicz; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brothers: Daniel, Donald and David Losselyong, and a half-brother, John Losselyong.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, May 17, 2021 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 620 Division St. Neenah. A visitation will be held at church from 9:30 A.M. until the hour of service. Karl's final resting place will be in Resthaven Cemetery.
