Obituary
Evelyn Elizabeth “Evie” Schafer, 89 years old, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017.
Evie was born on August 15, 1928 in De Pere, WI and graduated from Oconto High School. She married Clarence Schafer in 1947 and worked at Kimberly-Clark for 23 years. Evie enjoyed dancing, especially the polka and playing card games.
Evie is survived by her son Curt Schafer and two daughters Colette Schafer, Cynthia Mindorff, as well as, 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home, 205 W. Doty Avenue, Neenah with Pastor Sandra Crase officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1:30 p.m. until the time of service.
Any contributions to honor her can be donated to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
