Obituary
Arthur Louis Borsecnik, 90, died Wednesday October 13, 2021, at Valley VNA. He was born in Sheboygan on May 18, 1931, son of the late Louis and Mary (Simonich) Borsecnik. Arthur married his high school sweetheart, Lorraine Dietz on August 7, 1954. Arthur and Lorraine celebrated 65 loving years together before Lorraine preceded Arthur in death on January 4, 2020.
Arthur proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He worked as the Chief pharmacist for St. Elizabeth hospital before his career at Theda Clark Regional Medical Center, Neenah, retiring in 1992. Arthur and Lorraine were active and devout members of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, Neenah. Arthur served his church faithfully as an usher for 50 years, weekly collection counting, and a weekly station in the Perpetual Adoration Chapel for many years. He volunteered in many other capacities, including Meals on Wheels, mentoring high school students, and serving as a pharmacist on medical humanitarian aid trips to Haiti. He was loved by everyone who met him, and remembered for his teasing and sense of humor.
Arthur was a devoted father to his five children: Susan (Terry) Egan, Jeanne (Craig) Mosurinjohn, Steven (Linda) Borsecnik, David (Laura) Borsecnik, and Mary Borsecnik. He is survived by 12 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and by his brother, Stan.
Visitation services for Arthur will be held at St Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 620 Division St, Neenah, on Wednesday October 20th beginning at 9:00 until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM with Fr. Dennis Bergsbaken officiating. Following the Mass, burial will be at St. Margaret Cemetery, Neenah, with full military honors.
