Germaine M. Esslinger, age 89, passed away at her home on Wednesday, February 9 ,2022. She was born May 27, 1932, in Oshkosh, daughter of the late Anton and Betty Neubauer.
Germaine married Carl J. Esslinger on February 22, 1951. He preceded her in death in 1965. She worked at Franciscan Care Center in Appleton, for 28 years.
Survivors include her children: Mary (Joe) Schaffer, Kathy (Steve) Roovers, Dan (Becky) Esslinger; grandchildren: Shawn, Chad, Shane, Shauna, Derek, Justin, Tyler, Jamie and Tanner; daughter-in-law, Darla Dey; and a niece, Barbara (Jerry) Pommerening.
Germaine was preceded in death by a son, Gary Esslinger; a brother, Anthony (Elaine) Neubauer; and a sister, Beatrice (Edward) Sosinski.
Germaine's wishes were to be cremated and no service held.
