Obituary

Tammy Marie Kozak, 52, died unexpectedly on Tuesday April 5, 2022, at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center, Appleton. She was born in Neenah on May 6, 1969, daughter of the late Justin and Mabel (Padoll) Kozak.

Tammy worked at Taco Bell in Appleton. She was a friendly, outgoing person. Everyone she met enjoyed her smile and became her friend. Tammy enjoyed nature, taking a drive to the U.P. just for the day, music, watching movies, and talking with customers at the drive thru.

Tammy is survived by her loving companion, Joe Svatek; his son, Travis; and her brother, Thomas.

A memorial service for Tammy will be 12:00 PM (noon) on Tuesday April 19, 2022, at WESTGOR FUNERAL HOME, Neenah. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday morning beginning at 10:00 AM until the 12:00 PM service.
