Obituary
Kurt S. Holm, age 75, passed away peacefully surrounded by his wife and children on Saturday, June 18, 2022. He was born on February 12, 1947, to the late Christian and Eunice Holm and was raised in Clintonville. Kurt was a 1965 graduate of Clintonville High School where he excelled in football, track, and basketball. He attended UW-Madison and became a Registered Pharmacist. Kurt then joined the US Army and was stationed at Fort Campbell Kentucky as a pharmacist. After his time in the service, Kurt set out to travel extensively across the United States. He married his wife, Karen on February 28, 1987 and were blessed with 35 wonderful years together.
Kurt was the Director of Pharmacy at Affinity, and then Morton Pharmacy where he will be remembered for his kindness and dedication to his patients and colleagues. He also had the privilege of serving as Treasurer of the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin.
Kurt was an avid sports fan who loved the Badgers, Packers, Bucks, and Brewers. He especially enjoyed golfing at Ridgeway Country Club with family and friends. He took pleasure coaching his children in sports when they were young. He will be remembered as a loving and loyal husband, dad and grandpa who treasured being close to his family.
He is survived by his wife Karen, children Sara Exarhos and Christian (Jenny Lee) Holm, grandchildren Jacob Exarhos, Matthew Exarhos, Teigan Holm, and Damien Holm, sisters Karen Stern and Kathi Polzin, along with many relatives and dear friends. Kurt was preceded in death by his parents Christian and Eunice Holm, adopted brothers Mark and Jeff Holm, and brothers-in-law Tom Polzin and James Kornowski.
The memorial service for Kurt will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home, 205 W. Doty Avenue. A time of visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9:30 am until the time of the service.
