Obituary
Joyce Marie Voight, age 90, went to be with The Lord on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. She was born on October 2, 1931, daughter of the late Oliver and Olga (Christianson) Roberts in the Town of Deer Creek, WI. Joyce married Ray Voight on June 28, 1952. He preceded her in death in 2019. She helped run the pool business with her husband Ray. Joyce enjoyed swimming, playing piano, reading, putting together puzzles, as well as watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. She had a deep love for her church, family, and the Packers.
She is survived by her children Terry Voight of Alaska, David (Bonnie) Voight of Winchester, Tom (Linda) Voight of Bushnell, FL, and Asia (Mary) Voight of Madison; 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Joyce is further survived by her sister Judy Kraus of Necedah, WI, brother-in-law Lloyd Stern of New London; and sisters-in-law Betty Cubb of Clintonville and Sharon Planert of Shiocton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ray Voight, sisters and brothers: Victor Roberts, June and Harold Hutchinson, Dave and Phyllis Roberts, Fred Roberts, Phyllis and Donald Quaintance, George Roberts, Cathy Stern; brothers and sisters-in-law Jerry (Barb) Voight, Donald Voight, Ronny Cubb, Bill Allen, Dean Planert, and Tony Kraus.
A celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, August 12, 2022 at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1390 Breezewood Lane, Neenah, with Rev. Tyler Shinnick officiating. The visitation will be held at church from 9:00 am until the hour of service. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, Neenah. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.
