Obituary

Jean M. Cox passed away at ThedaCare Hospital in Neenah, WI on August 25th, 2022 after a long fight with cancer. She was married in 1971 to James Cox of Marinette, WI. Jean was a registered nurse and was trained at New England Deaconess Hospital in Boston, MA. She was born in Pittsfield, MA in 1951 to Kenton and Jean (Mehr) Beaujean. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother. Jean is survived by her husband James; daughters, Audrey (Travis) Jensen and Cathryn Cox; two grandchildren, Cade and Maren Jensen; and two sisters, JoAnn (Zeno) Henninger of Maine and Jenny Beaujean of Massachusetts.

A small family gathering was held in lieu of a funeral service.

The family wishes to thank all the doctors and nurses of ThedaCare for their care of Jean. Jean will be laid to rest with her parents in Topsfield, MA next to the small church where Jean and Jim were married and started this 51-year, amazing ride together in life.
