RUTH SCHULTZ

Ruth M. Schultz passed away July 8, 2019. Born May 6, 1918, she was a lifelong resident of Neenah, the daughter of Ernest and Esther (Luebke) Kramer.  Ruth was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, serving on altar committee, teaching Sunday school, and visiting shut-ins.  She enjoyed bridge and sheepshead, loved Badger sports, high school sports, the Packers, Brewers, college basketball, golf, and she loved people.  She was employed by the Banta Co. and later at Theda Clark in pharmacy.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; her stepmother, Olga Kramer; husbands, Edward Plank and Dr. William Schultz; sisters, Erna Kramer Rabideau and Florence Kramer Yocum; brother, Herbert “Butch;” and grandson, David Schultz.

Ruth is survived by daughter, Susan Plank Schultz (Gene), Apple Valley, MN; son, Robert Plank (Phylis), Neenah; ten grandchildren: Christine Schultz Belland (Todd), Fridley, MN; Scott Plank (Sherrell), Rancho Mission Viejo, CA; Stefani Plank Mueller (John), Combined Locks; Ellen Plank Green (Derrick), Minneapolis, MN; Jeff Schweitzer (Stephanie), Neenah; Katie Borchert (Joe), Neenah; Scott Schultz (Marianne), Kaneohe, Hawaii; Lisa Thomas (Tommy), Boulder, CO; Sarah Greenholz (Doug), Boulder, CO; eleven great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and special friends, Duane and Lori Sargent.

A Funeral Service for Ruth will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 200 N. Commerical St., Neenah. A visitation will be held at church from 9:30 until the hour of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Neenah and the Salvation Army are appreciated.
