Patricia Koland

Patricia A. Koland, 94, of Neenah, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2026.

Patricia was born on October 6, 1931, to Henry and Irene (Kind) Lloyd. In 1952, she married the love of her life, Oliver Koland, beginning a lifelong partnership rooted in devotion and family.

Pat had a creative and joyful spirit. She was truly a crocheting machine, crafting more than 300 delicate crocheted roses simply to keep her hands busy and her heart content. Her love of simple pleasures shone through in her fondness for watching Hallmark movies and tending to flowers—she found great happiness even in quietly watching them grow.

As a young girl, Patricia tap danced with enthusiasm and grace. She also shared her musical talents by playing the piano for Sunday School, offering her gifts in service and faith.

Patricia never met a stranger. She loved everybody and had a remarkable way of making people feel welcome. She was happiest as a host, determined that no one leave her home without feeling loved and well fed. Cookies were almost always at the ready, prepared with care and shared generously.

Above all, Patricia adored her family. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren—spread around the world—were her greatest pride and joy. Her love for them was constant and unwavering, a legacy that will continue to bloom in the lives she touched.

She is survived by her children: Vance (Toni) Koland, Janell (Jerry) Cleveland, Jeanne Lehl, Joline (Monny) Hjerstedt, and Robert Koland; grandchildren: Jody, Ben, Adam, Liz, Molly, Brian, Alex, Emily, Heather and Daniel; great-grandchildren: Chase, Breannen, Winston, Julia, Parker, Tyler, Oliver, Roco, Matilda, Finn, Clark, Ellis, Jake, and Dakota.

The family would like to thank her many special care givers who assisted her with kindness and compassion.

A memorial service will be held Saturday May 23, 2026, at 12:00 pm. A visitation will held be from 10:00 am until the time of service.
