Obituary

Mary Ann Marcinkowski (nee Ventura) of Rochester, New York, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2026, surrounded by her close family.

Born on January 30, 1942, in Rochester, she was the beloved daughter of the late Anthony and Ferne (Robinson) Ventura. Mary Ann grew up in Rochester and carried with her a deep appreciation for family, hard work, and the values instilled in her from an early age.

For most of her life, Mary Ann dedicated herself to her career with General Motors, where she was known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment. Her many years of service reflected both her loyalty and her pride in a job well done. She ultimately retired from General Motors after a long and fulfilling career.

In 2021, Mary Ann made the meaningful decision to move to Neenah, WI, to be closer to her family. Being near her loved ones brought her great comfort and joy in her later years, especially as she spent cherished time with her growing family.

Mary Ann is survived by her four children, eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren, all of whom were the center of her world. She took great pride in her family and found immense happiness in watching each new generation grow. Her love, guidance, and steady presence will remain a lasting gift to them.

Private family services are being held to honor and to celebrate her life.
