I will miss Rick! My heart is broken for ALL of you. I met Rick through Marisol and Nikki and “The Renegades” when they came to my CrossFit gym. I’m so grateful they came into my life as we got to know each other better through fitness and coffee (mostly coffee!). We supported each other in all aspects of our fitness adventures & I loved hearing about Rick’s passion for martial arts & Krav Maga. I learned SO much from Rick thru his Kettlebell coaching! I’ve always had him in my head whenever working on any Kettlebell movement, I always will! We all were excited to see him roll into the Starbucks parking lot on that amazing Harley. I’m glad he had the opportunity to be on it & live another one of his passions! I just wish he had more! Thank you Mel for sharing him with us! I will miss coffee time and our opportunities to catch up on our lives, our politics discussions, our fitness pursuits, and our families! Much love to ALL of you!! - T!

To all family and friends.... I'm so sorry to hear about Rick's passing... We didn't train together long at Impact, but his positive attitude was absolutely contagious, and he always had a wise crack and a smile even in the midst of sweating and suffering... The world truly lost a great and kind soul.... I pray you are all guided through the Holy Spirit to peace and comfort.
