Kathleen Bayer

Kathy was my niece, daughter ter of my older sister Betty. I was 16 when she was born. In 1958 when I married she was the cutest flower girl ever. Our families were very close back then. Always sharing birthdays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, family vacations and more. Later when Kathy moved from the Quad Cities we lost touch. BUT, thankfully in the last several years we were able to reconnect and share our lives and love. I am so proud of the fine, kind and cat woman she became, and the wonderful family she made. In these last years her overwhelming health problems were hard for all of us. Kathy never gave up and continued her caring nature through it all with unbelievable strength. I loved her.
