ROBERT LIPPERT

Robert L. Lippert, age 62, Neenah, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2013 following a five year battle with Parkinsons and Lewy Body Dementia. Bob was born June 16, 1951, the son of Kenneth and Marian (Schroeder) Lippert. Bob graduated from Neenah High School, class of 1969. He married Darlyn Lemke on April 7, 1979. They lived together in Denver, CO, for 10 years before moving back to Neenah. Bob retired from Appleton Papers after 19 years of employment. Bob loved camping, fishing, the Packers and the Denver Broncos. Survivors include his wife, Darlyn; two children: Emily Rae (Brandon) Kiefer, Ross Michael Lippert; a grandson, Liam Robert Kiefer; his father, Ken Lippert; a brother, Dick (Karen) Lippert; and two sisters: Shirley (Randy) Gerrits, and Marilyn (Ralph) Stadler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Bob was preceded in death by his mother. A memorial service will be held at Neenahs Westgor Funeral Home on Saturday, August 24, 2013, at 4:00 PM, with Rev. Mike Huff officiating. The visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until the hour of service. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established for the Lewy Body Dementia Association. The family would like to thank the staff of Lakeshore Manor in Oshkosh where he resided, and Heartland Hospice, for all their care and compassion.
