PAUL RAYGOR

Paul Edward Raygor, 78, died Saturday May 20, 2023, at his residence, after a brief battle with cancer. He was born October 1, 1944, in Erie, PA; son of the late Willard and Ione (Letter) Raygor. Paul married Eleanor Wildenberg on July 3, 1965. They celebrated 43 years together before Eleanor preceded Paul in death on August 7, 2008.

Paul worked as a truck driver for Kimberly Clark for over 25 years, he later retired from the Caley Corp as their customer service representative. He was a member at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Appleton.

Paul is survived by his two children: Daughter Lisa Reid, and son, Jeremy (Lisa) Raygor; two grandchildren: Ellie (Nico Vargas) Reid and Zachary Reid; two great-grandchildren: Olivia and Nikki Vargas; sister, Barbara Cole; and four brothers: Robert Raygor, Jon, Mike, and Chris “Doc” Helmrath.

Mass of Christian burial for Paul will be 11:00 AM on Wednesday May 31, 2023, at ST. BERNARD CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1617 W Pine St, Appleton, with Fr. Paul DeMuth officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening at Westgor Funeral Home, Neenah from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM, and  will continue at the church Wednesday morning beginning at 10:00 AM until the 11:00 AM Mass. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to a favorite local charity.
