JUNE SCHULTZ

June K. Schultz, “Punkin”, age 77, passed away peacefully at her home with her husband by her side, on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, following a battle with cancer. She was born in an ambulance on June 1, 1945, in Neenah, daughter of the late Howie and Millie Boreson.

June married Ronald Schultz on May 7, 1966, and they celebrated 56 years together. She was employed with Promo Edge for 29 years until her retirement in 2004. June was a strong willed woman and enjoyed playing bags and cards, going to bingo and the casino's, going for drives, and going out to eat with the girls from school. She also loved watching the Brewers and Packers.

June is survived by her husband, Ronnie; children: Sheri (Ralph) Abbott, Robby Schultz; nieces: Kelly (Dan) Amundson, Peggy (Tom) Bowers, Jackie Buchanan “my little helper”; nephews:  Chris Boreson, Scott Boreson; sister-in-law, Kay Sawlsville; and her dog, Molly.

June was preceded in death by a brother, Buzzy Boreson; a sister, Pat Resch (John) Resch; an infant brother, Hammie; and a niece, Vicki Tuma.

A memorial service will be at 11:00am on Friday, April 28, 2023, at Menasha's Westgor Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9:30am until the hour of service. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.

The family would like to thank the nurses of Compassus Hospice, especially nurse Stephanie, for all their wonderful care.
