BRUCE HOWE

My Uncle Bruce had a lot to be congratulated for - his hard work to get the education he had, his career as an engineer, his marriage of sixty-seven years, the seven children he and Ginny brought into the world and raised into a superb set of siblings, the twenty-five descendants in the generation after his own children, and his lifelong relationship with his maker. I feel that Bruce, surrounded by his family, tired out and fell asleep on his recliner in the apartment where he lived, and woke up in heaven. Who did he see first, Jesus, or his lifelong love, Ginny? We'll all have to wait our turn to ask. Micki, Steve, Christa, Jeff, Kerry, Dawn and Laura; your spouses and children, know that Bruce is where he worked all his life to get to, and try to find the joy in his passing to that great beyond.

I met Bruce as a child, and then again at a family reunion with his wife Ginny a few years ago. Michael Howe was kind enough to set me up with a phone call to Bruce back in January 2023. He was a lovely man, always a favorite with my Dad, Larry. Our deepest condolences to his family.

Kerry, It's a big loss for you; as father you know very well how much you mean/do to your own kids. My best prayers for your father's life hereafter. Rafi Tarefder

Uncle Bruce was kind, humble, and devoted to his wife, family, and the Lord. He truly exemplified goodness and decency- one of the "good guys." I have so many fond memories of him, back when I was a little girl at Mimi and Papa's and stretching into the Howe Family Reunions over the last 60+ years. I remember the awesome and amazing game boards he put together and emceed at the reunions, even when he had had painful knee surgery. You are all in our thoughts and prayers and we'll be there with you on Saturday.
