Obituary
Lori S. (Kuhr) Lefeber, age 57 of Omro, passed away unexpectedly late May 18, 2023. She was born March 10, 1966 to Sharon Bronk and Robert Kuhr.
As a child, Lori spent a lot of time in foster care, but was reunited with her family in her teens. She spoke fondly of helping take care of her brothers and sisters in those years. When she turned 18, Lori dropped out of high school and began working full time at The Hungry Bull. During that time, she met Richard Johnson. The two married and had Adam and Amber. Eventually, Lori and Richard separated. Shortly thereafter, Lori met and married Joe Lefeber. Together they had James, John, and Joe. While raising her children, Lori began working for Omro Care Center as a CNA.
Later in life, Lori's biggest interests were spending time in her garden and watching all Wisconsin sports. What she looked forward to the most, however, was spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Lori is survived by four of her five children: Adam, James, John, and Joe; and by her grandchildren: Kaitlynn, Brynlee, Nolan, Jack, and Eli. She is further survived by her siblings: Shirley, Kathy, Darold, and Bob; as well as by her longtime, committed partner, Tom Hill. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Amber.
A Celebration of Lori's life will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Menasha's Westgor Funeral Home, with Rev. Mike Huff officiating. A visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of service.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Lori's name.
