Obituary

On June 30, 2023, Mark "Shuggy" Sugarman passed away surrounded by loved ones. Mark was born on June 14, 1954 in Waukesha, WI, to Samuel and Marilyn Sugarman. Mark lived in Fox Crossing with his loving forever fiancé' June Buchanan.

Mark was a lifelong lover of music. He enjoyed listening to music, playing the drums and bass guitar, and played in a couple of bands, one of them being Rescue. He was a good listener and a caring man with a great sense of humor. He was a social man who loved to have a good time. Mark enjoyed volunteering, but his pastime was helping friends and family.

Mark is survived in legacy by his forever fiancé of 33 years, June Buchanan; his daughter, Karen Marcus of Sarasota FL; his grandchildren: Valerie Marcus and Deacon Marcus of Sarasota FL; his mother, Marilyn Sugarman of Knoxville, TN; his sister, Sandra Sugarman of Knoxville, TN; his cousin, Deborah Scher of Melbourne, FL; his niece, Samantha Miller of Knoxville, TN; and by June's children: Kevin, Bryan Buchanan and Cheryl Whitney.

You will be missed but will forever be in our hearts.
