Obituary
Shelton “Lewey” Lewandowski, age 56, passed away in his sleep from complications following a stroke. He was born October 18, 1966, in Neenah, son of Richard Lewandowski and Nancy Lewandowski.
He resided over the years in Neenah, Milton, FL and currently in Albuquerque, NM. Shelton was employed with Outlook Graphics from 1990-1996, Promo Edge from 1998-2006, and then Nufab Rebar in Milton, FL, for 5 years before taking a job with the University of New Mexico.
Shelton loved all of the University of New Mexico sports teams, The Lobo's (Spanish for wolf). He was also a Packers and Brewers fan. Shelton loved cats and he had two at his home and 6 outside that he would feed and talk to. He also enjoyed collecting sports memorabilia.
Survivors include his mother, Nancy Lewandowski; siblings: Lynda Quintana, Utah; Andrew Gerhardt, Colorado; and Ruth Melzer, Neenah; Dear friend Anne Lewandowski, Aunt Pearl Sylvander; two uncles: Charlie Stroemer and Larry Gaurke; numerous cousins and other relatives.
Shelton was preceded in death by his father; grandparents; a brother, Dave Gerhardt Jr.; Uncle, Bert Sylvander, three Aunt's: Barb Gaurke, Cathy Sylvander and Carla Stroemer.
Shelton you are loved and will be missed by all of us.
