Louis E. Collyard, age 25, passed away after an accident on Sunday, December 3, 2023. He was born on June 23, 1998 and resided in Appleton. He is survived by his parents Brad and Cathy Collyard, brother Cade Collyard, paternal grandparents Larry and Fran Collyard, maternal grandparents Pat and Dorothy Heindl, along with other relatives and friends.
A private service will be held at Bethel Lutheran Church in Menasha.
