Rachel Pierce, age 69, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2024, in Neenah, WI. She was born on August 21, 1954, to Margaret Pierce (Knutson) in Viroqua, WI.
Rachel went to Menasha High School and worked at Outlook Graphics. Rachel is survived by her siblings, Virginia “Ginger” (Daniel) Keberlein (Bryan Keberlein and Sarah Falsey), Kevin (Siri) Whitcomb (Kesi, Isek, and Kai Whitcomb), and Annette Kearn (Michelle Fritsch and Melanie Kearn). She is preceded in death by her mother and brother, Terry Pierce.
Rachel was an instigator of laughs, often challenging a niece or nephew to a game of rummy. If you spent time with her, she would have created a nickname for you or sang a song about you to get a smile. Rachel was often lighthearted and ready to crack a joke, always “tearing up” as she told them.
Rachel found joy and love in her cats and feeding the squirrel that visited her deck daily. Rachel loved music, frequently taking her wheelchair to the Menasha Public Library to check out CDs. She was an avid supporter of the Green Bay Packers and enjoyed refinishing wood pieces she collected. Rachel loved talking with anyone who had a good story and was ready to laugh.
The funeral service will be held at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home on Friday, April 19, 2024. A visitation will be at 10:00 am and a service at 11:00 am.
