Obituary

Albert E. Anderson, Jr., age 91, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2024. He was born on May 10, 1932 in Waupaca, son of the late Albert and Jesse Anderson. He was united in marriage to Leah Rae Dunphy on May 11, 1957.

Albert served in the Korean War from 1950 to 1952 and worked for 42 years as an electrician. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, fishing, rummage sale-ing, and was a Mr. Fix-it/Jack of all trades.

Albert will be missed by his children: Denise (Paul) Warbelton; Diane (special friend Tom) Anderson; and Jeff (Wendy) Anderson; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife, Leah Rae; his granddaughter, Melissa Mae, and two sisters.

A funeral service for Albert will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M until the hour of service. Albert will be laid to rest with Leah Rae at Saxeville Union Cemetery.

Albert's family would like to extend a special thank you to ThedaCare Medical Center in Neenah and Moments Hospice, along with his niece, Debbie Petterson, and Deb Rosenow, Raquel Schubart, Nadine Sander, and Crystal Casperson.
