Obituary

Lynn S. Hanson, age 61, passed away peacefully at Cherry Meadows Hospice on Friday, May 24, 2024. She was born March 24, 1963, in Shawano, WI, daughter of the late Roger and Gwendolyn Anvelink.

Lynn graduated from Neenah High School in 1981. She married Paul Hanson on June 10, 1994. Lynn worked in the electronics industry until her retirement in 2014. She enjoyed flower gardening and knitting.

Survivors include her husband, Paul; four sisters: Valeria Boehnlein, Cheryl (Dennis) Breitrick, Karen (Jim) Kossel, Brenda (John) Williams; a brother, Craig (Barb) Anvelink; and several nieces and nephews.

Lynn was preceded in death by a brother, Mark Anvelink.

The funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at Menasha's Westgor Funeral Home. The visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established for the American Cancer Society.

Lynn was always straight as an arrow with her thoughts and beliefs, which was so appreciated. Loved her smile and mischief.

Lynn was always so wonderful to me and everyone at valley aquatic. She was the sweetest person that I have ever known. I'm going to miss her, God bless you Lynn.
