NONA SELBACH

Nona A. (Jensen) Selbach, of Menasha, loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many, met her Heavenly Father on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. She was born in Neenah on February 12, 1937, daughter of the late Wilbert and Margaret (Rickert) Jensen. Nona married Arthur H. Selbach on August 12, 1965, and they resided in Menasha most of their marriage. She enjoyed crafts, rummage sales, bingo and trips to Arlington Race Track and the Wisconsin Dells. Nona was a life-long member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Neenah. Nona will be sorrowfully missed by her family and friends including her husband, Arthur H. Selbach; a son, Jeffrey of Menasha; a daughter, Cassandra of Menasha; daughter, Lucy (Chuck) Rodgers, Appleton; and three sons: Greg (Trish) Capelle, Milwaukee, Steve Gilray, Luxemburg, Scott Kuehn, Thiensville; a daughter, Tina Capelle; three brothers: Neal Jensen, Neenah, Lynn Jensen, Hanover Park, IL, Dean (Connie) Jensen, Neenah; two sisters: Carol (Gayle) Balthazor, and Joyce (Dick) Bodway, of Appleton; a daughter-in-law, Karen Jensen, Neenah; and numerous grandchildren; nieces; nephews and cousins. Nona was preceded in death by a sister, Lois; two brothers: Dale Jensen, Lee (Jane) Jensen; and two sisters-in-law: Ruth Jensen, Jane Jensen. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 8, 2015, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 407 Oak Street, Neenah, with The Rev. Tony McKenzie officiating. The visitation will be held at the church from 10:0 AM until the hour of service. Interment will follow in Resthaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established for Make-A-Wish Foundation. The Selbach family would like to thank Oakridge Gardens Nursing Center for their outstanding care and especially the empathy the staff showed to Nona.
