ALLISON MCKENNA
December 04, 2013 - August 15, 2024
Obituary
Allison Mary McKenna, age 10 of Neenah, passed away peacefully late Thursday, August 15, 2024. She was born December 4, 2013 to Lloyd S. and Molly (Strobel) McKenna in Neenah and was a recent 4th grade graduate of Tullar Elementary.
Allison will be remembered as a spunky girl with just the right amount of sass. To know Allison was to love Allison. She was a devoted and active member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and served as an usher and altar server. Allison loved being outdoors, fishing, swimming, biking, and even paddle boarding. She was active in many sports as well, her favorites being basketball, baseball, gymnastics, ballet, and soccer. Allison also enjoyed dancing and singing with her friends to her favorite music: Mercy Me, Rachel Patton's “Fight Song,” Alabama's “Angels Among Us,” and Lewis Capaldi's “Before You Go.” Her dream was to some day become a pediatric nurse, and she had a love of all animals, including butterflies and bugs, and loved her family and cousins dearly, but her twin brother the most.
Allison will be sadly missed by her parents, Lloyd and Molly McKenna; twin brother, Alexander; and sisters: Katelyn and Madison. She is further survived by her grandparents: Lloyd R. and Jennifer McKenna; and Mark and Barb Strobel; her aunts and uncle: Mandy and Doug Bartelt; and Lori Zastrow; as well as by many cousins and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary McKenna.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Friday, August 23, 2024 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 324 Nicolet Blvd., Menasha with Fr. Judah Pigon officiating. A visitation will be held at church from 3:00 P.M. until the hour of service.
To better honor Allison, please consider wearing Allison's Army Pink or other bright colors.
