CHERRYL PRATT

Neenah – Cherryl (Gintner) Pratt, age 60, died suddenly of heart failure at home on December 10, 2024. She was born on April 15,1964 to the late Robert Gintner and Betty (Johnson) Gintner in Neenah, WI, a lifelong Neenah resident. Cherryl graduated from Neenah High School in 1982 and went on to work at Gord’s Pub in Neenah, and then currently was working at Valley VNA Senior Care Services, Neenah. She spent many years with the love of her life Dave Bellin.

Cherryl’s passion was sports – especially racing. She was a part of the pit crew for her brother Larry.  She was a Cub’s fan and would often bet on the winner of a Cub’s vs. Brewer’s game with Dave. In the past, Cherryl and Dave often enjoyed riding their bikes through town, hiking trails up at High Cliff, shooting darts and playing pool at various pubs around town. They would enjoy a steak cookout, a few cocktails, and playing with Bandit together. Her favorite times of the year, which she called her ‘seasons’, were racing season and Christmas – when she enjoyed playing royal rummy with her family. Bandit was her special baby and got her through tough times.

Cherryl is survived by her siblings: Thomas & Linda (Kromm) Gintner, Randy & Lynn Gintner, Larry Gintner, Mark & Gail Gintner; special love of her life Dave Bellin; a long-time special friend Marcia Ortiz; her beloved kitten Bandit.

Cherryl is preceded in death by her parents; grandparents: Ernest & Matilda Johnson, Anthony & Christine Gintner; numerous aunts and uncles.

A visitation for Cherryl is being held at Westgor Funeral Home, 205 W. Doty Ave, Neenah, on January 4, 2025, from 11:00am – 1:00pm, with the funeral service following.

Her undying loyalty to her family and friends will always be remembered and cherished. She is at peace and home for Christmas.
