NANCY ARNOLD

Nancy Lou Arnold, 73, of Neenah passed away on February 11, 2025 surrounded by her family.   She was born on December 10, 1951, to the late Rose and Frederick Hochholzer.

Nancy was born and raised in Neenah and married the love of her life, Norm Arnold on April 13, 1988. Through the years, they enjoyed long rides on his Harley, spending time together with friends and family, going to outdoor events and rallies and taking advantage of an occasional weekend away.  She had a fun-loving spirit; happy to make time for a few laughs and was always up for ‘just one more.'

Nancy's passion was her family and she was the cornerstone.  After retiring, she enjoyed road trips to visit her children in Northern Wisconsin and Michigan, celebrating holidays and events with the family as well as catching up with her sister over lunch and shopping or a trip to the farmer's market.  Nancy took special joy in her great grandchild, Dominic, who fondly knew her as Gigi.

In addition to caring for her family, Nancy enjoyed reading and had a true appreciation for nature.  She would share a picture of a beautiful sunset with you; talk about the playfulness of the squirrels in her yard or the persistence of a bird building its nest outside her door.  She did not miss the wonder in front of her which often became a story, and a smile to share with others.  

Nancy was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert, and Richard.  Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Norm Arnold; sister, Susan Jansen; children Dave Westphal (Buffy), Stephanie Rios (Oscar), Scott Arnold (Kelly) and Andrea Merki (John); nine grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews who will never forget the love and laughter she brought to their lives.

The love and support Nancy gave her family and friends leaves us with a void we cannot fill.  We are grateful that our lives were touched by hers and find comfort in knowing her soul has settled into perfect peace.
