STELLA FOLTS

Stella Helen Folts, 90, of Neenah, WI, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2025. She was born in Crivitz, WI on March 23, 1934, to the late Stanley and Christine (Heisel) Wenta. Stella attended secretarial school and, in the beginning of her career, met her late husband and best friend, Jordon Folts. They married on May 4, 1957. Stella worked in various temporary secretarial roles throughout the years, especially while raising her children, and loved the opportunity to meet new people and contribute to many different organizations.

A woman of many interests, Stella had a passion for traveling, camping, and always welcomed visitors with a meal—she was especially known for her delicious pies. Above all, her family was her greatest joy. She leaves behind a loving family who will miss her deeply, including three children, six grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren. Her memory will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Stella is survived by her loving children: Mike (Kathy) Folts, Tom (Sandy) Folts, and Suzanne (Jeff) Mortensen; her cherished grandchildren: Kailey (Peter) Dubey, Samantha (Kenny) Nelson, Amanda (Adam) Hein, Megan (special friend Sergio) Ecklund, Daniel (Sarah) McGinnis, and Christina Spanbauer; great-grandchildren: Gracie Dubey, Karlie Dubey, Henry Nelson, Clara Nelson, Evron Hein, Eliyana Hein, Eadie Hein, Tucker Kuczala, Carter Kuczala, Bentley Ecklund, Charlotte Rodrigues, Daniel McGinnis V, and Cameron McGinnis. In addition to her parents, Stella was preceded in death by her husband, Jordon Folts, daughter, Michelle McGinnis, and her father and mother-in-law, John and Mildred Folts.

A visitation will be held at St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish in Neenah on March 1, 2025, beginning at 9:30 am, followed by Mass at 11:30 am. Stella's committal will take place at 2:30 pm that same day at Saint Margaret Cemetery in Neenah.
