Obituary
Neenah – Lila Jean Wooldridge, age 84, died peacefully while surrounded by family on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at her home in Neenah, WI.
Lila was born in Neenah, WI on February 27, 1940 to the late Fredrick and Frieda (Dehn) Hartfiel.
Lila greatly enjoyed reading, tending her flowers, decorating her home and being with her family.
Lila is survived by her three children: Sharon Wooldridge of Neenah, WI; Barbara (Mark) Simmons of Palmyra, TN; and Jeffery (Joann) Wooldridge of Neenah, WI. Lila has three grandchildren: Joseph Wooldridge, Jennifer (Justin) Laurila, John (Zeeo) Simmons; many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded by her siblings, Harold Hartfiel and Isabelle Kottke.
Per Lila's wishes there will be no public funeral. Family and close friends will gather for a private gathering at a later date.
The family would like to extend a sincere thanks to the compassionate Theda Care Hospice staff for helping Lila pass painlessly and peacefully.
