MARY WILKE

Mary Beth Wilke, age 78, passed away on January 22, 2015 at Medical Center of Plano, Plano, TX. She was comforted by her children and grandchildren. Mary was born on December 25, 1936 in New London, Wisconsin. She is the fourth child of the late Kenneth C. and Eva M. (Loomis) Greshamer of New London, WI. She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford R. Wilke of Menasha, WI; her brothers: David, Charlie, and Leon Greshamer, and her sister: Carol Radley. She is survived by her five children: Debbie Lowe, Tom (Kathy) Wilke, Jeff (Lolita) Wilke, Todd Wilke, Lisa (Matt) Haase; her thirteen grandchildren: Adam and Amy Lowe, Ryan, Melissa, and Jonathan Wilke, Jennifer and Jaclyn Wilke, Casey Weber, Jessica Immerman, Jordan Wilke, Laura Kleibrink and Bryce Haase, her six great grandchildren: Luna Weber, Ariana and Elise Wilke, Caleb, Lila, and Natalie Immerman; her sisters: Betty Welton, and Jean Butler; and her brother: Vernon Greshamer. Mary grew up on a family farm. It was here that she found her love for cooking. She married Clifford R. Wilke on July 3, 1954. Together, for a time, they owned a restaurant where she was well known for her homemade sugar donuts and chocolate chip cookies. In later years they bought a home on Partridge Lake in Fremont, WI where they enjoyed fishing and trolling the Wolf River. Of course Mary never missed a Green Bay Packer game! The Christian Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 30, 2015, at Eternal Love Lutheran Church, 1011 E. Midway Rd, Appleton, WI, with Pastor Robert Balza officiating. The visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 11:00 AM until the hour of service. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association. The family extends a special thank you to Rambling Oaks Courtyard, Highland Village, TX, Pastor Balza of Eternal Love Lutheran Church and the staffs of Westgor Funeral Home and Greenlawn Memorial Park.
