Marguerite A. Brechlin, age 76 of Neenah, passed away Friday, May 9, 2025. She was born January 18, 1949 to the late Harold and Marion Lueder in Cedarburg, WI. On June 22, 1974, she married James Brechlin and the two were blessed with two daughters and 46 years of marriage, until his passing in 2020.
Marguerite worked for over 30 years as a dedicated elementary school teacher in Neenah and was a loved and devoted member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church. She was a fiercely independent and active woman whose presence filled the room, despite her tiny stature. She will be remembered as a very generous woman, always willing to take care of everyone else.
Marguerite will be missed by her two daughters: Tina (Brandon Kramer) Brechlin, and Tammy Jensen; grandchildren: Julia (Ian); Jade: Jordan; Ava; Austin; Rylee; and Haylee; great-grandchildren: Giovanni and Mateo; and by her sister-in-law and best friend, Patricia Van Dyke. She is further survived by many nieces. Marguerite was preceded in death by her husband, James; parents; and by her brother, William Lueder.
A service for Marguerite will be held at a later date.
