ROBERT SCHNEIDER

Robert E. Schneider, age 82, of Menasha passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2016 at his home.  He was born on November 29, 1933 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin son of the late Ernst L. and Georgia W. (Green) Schneider.  He was a graduate of Oshkosh High School.  On August 19, 1961 he married Joyce M. Faust in Oshkosh.  Their marriage was blessed with two sons, two daughters, and 54 wonderful years.  Robert was a lead man at Allis Chalmers and A.C. Compressor for many years.  He was a very hard working man, a Jack-of-all-trades who could fix anything.

He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Joyce; his sons: Richard (Yvette), New Hampshire; Jeff (Wendy), Menasha; Gregory (Dana), Seymour; daughters: Sue Moore, Pennsylvania; Cindy (Jaye) McDonald, Woodbine, GA; Deborah (Jerry) Bures, Brillion; 17 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and one great grandson on the way.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jean.

A gathering to celebrate Robert's life will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at The Hideout Bar (2828 N. Ballard Road, Appleton).  In lieu of flowers, donations in Robert's name may be given to the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
