PAUL FERRON
July 16, 1962 - December 05, 2023
Obituary
Paul Charles Ferron passed away unexpectedly but peacefully in his Neenah home on Tuesday, December 5th. Paul's laughter and sharp wit will be missed.
Born in Green Bay on July 16th, 1962, to his late parents, James Clement Ferron and Carol Jean Voissem Ferron, the stage was set to be a dedicated and passionate Packer fan. Paul graduated from Xavier High School, Appleton, and went on to UW-Stout to study packaging design.
Paul adored his three talented children. Alexandra Marie Ferron, San Diego, CA (34); Samuel Charles Ferron, Neenah, WI (24); and Madison Jean Ferron, Madison, WI (22). He shared 25 years of marriage with Tina Marie Ferron (Fellner), Kimberly, WI, remaining close after divorcing in 2012.
Paul is survived by three brothers, Peter (Mary) Ferron, Clarkridge, AR; John (Leah) Ferron Dublin, OH; Mark (Tracy) Ferron, Petaluma, CA; and one sister, Jean (Brian) Hill, Charlotte, NC.
Paul was a visionary whose brilliance in sales and marketing captured consumers in a wide range of businesses. With printing and packaging experience gained locally from Acme Press, Service-Litho Print, Castle-Pierce, and Outlook Graphics, he courageously opened his own printing company in Corona, CA, in 2001 called West Pack Label. He contracted with household names like Disney, Procter & Gamble, and Nestle. He had his Beyond Skin Science products under the seats of Oprah's audience while being endorsed by her ‘expert's favorites.'
Twelve years in Southern California was a source of joy, where he was active in his local church, miraculously grew his family, played ice hockey, led an Orange County YMCA father-daughter community group, coached Pop Warner football, made the best of friends, and enjoyed every morsel of California's outdoor lifestyle. His business was hit hard in 2008, and the housing market ‘reset' eventually led Paul and his family back to Wisconsin.
Paul worked for ten years, speaking nationally to audiences on identity theft, cyber security, data breach preparation and response. He most recently launched Cyber Intelligence Partners to accomplish what his family knew was to be a lifetime achievement. His entrepreneurial spirit will forever spur us on.
A dear friend said, “Paul was a true professional, always confident to perform at an elite level. In light of the obstacles he faced, his resilience in life was an encouragement for those who were blessed to call him co-worker, friend, and mentor.”
In January of 2024, Paul would have begun his weekly radio show, “The Saturday Cyber Show,” on WHBY. This would've been a full circle moment, having been a DJ for WAPL in his early 20s. His deep baritone voice both commanded attention and brought comfort.
Paul enjoyed live music, travel, food and wine, and taking his motorcycles on day trips. In his later years, he learned to play the bass guitar, blasting songs in his lakehouse, like The Low Spark of High-Heeled Boys and Led Zeppelin's greatest hits. His retriever Rocket will miss his conversations and warm hugs.
Paul was deeply loved and loved deeply. A creative entrepreneur who was at his best when developing and successfully marketing products that improve people's lives. He channeled his focus towards the betterment of his family, working around the clock to provide and make sure that his kids could live out their dreams.
A Celebration of Life service will be scheduled for a future date. A fund has been set up to help his family transition at https://gofund.me/60198a59
His family thanks you for your thoughts and prayers.
