Don was a good friend who got me involved in Brigade and also created some awesome artwork for us for our EAA t-shirt sales and also would design artwork for Wilson school field trips. He always was good at interpreting my ideas and seldom had to make alterations. I even got him out in my boat fishing on Winnebago. Never failed that each time I saw him he would always ask “how’s the family”
Till we meet again, thank you for everything!

Don, you were a blessing to countless people, including our family. Wit and wisdom, kindness and compassion, dedication and decency, humor and humility are among the many virtues you so effortlessly demonstrated. We miss you being our friendly, caring neighbor. Until we meet again, my friend.

My condolences to the family of Donald Weber. As you prepare to commemorate his distinguished life, I am thankful for having experienced his caring leadership at the Brigade in Neenah.
Mr. Weber had a gift of making kids and adults feel better about themselves for having conversed with him. As an adult who had spent many years working with youngsters in civic and athletic organizations, if I am able to approach Don Weber's focus, enthusiasm, and patience, it has been a good day of coaching.
Furthermore, I appreciated Mr. Weber's occasional insights on issues such as dealing with dissension in an organization. His concern with preserving the dignity of all involved was something we can all emulate.
"Well done good and faithful servant." (Matthew 25:21)

I just recently heard that Don had passed away and I want to extend my deepest condolences to his family. I enjoyed seeing Don at the YMCA when he would come to swim. He was always so friendly, and it was also inspiring to see him be a lifelong swimmer. He will be missed!
