Uncle Jim has been a caring Uncle and a good friend to me. My childhood memories are fond ones while driving him and Betty around for groceries. His wartime stores always had a special place for me. He will be missed but in the words of another famous WWII Vet -"Old Soldiers Never Die, They Just Fade Away."

We live across the street from Robin Tonn and would always stop to talk to Jim and Robin while walking our dog as they sat in Jim's garage.... Our girls are now 13 and 15 and they would be outside playing or trick or treating and we would stop to talk to Jim here and there. He was a great neighbor who always kept an eye out for anything odd going on on our street. Our sincere sympathies go out to the family. May God's peace comfort you at this sad time. The Marker family
