I'm sorry to hear the passing of Sally. She and your Dad were great friends with my parents. They always enjoyed that week at the cottage in August with your parents. Recently I came across materials related to my Dad's departure from the church. Among the items was a letter of strong support for my Dad. She and your Dad were part of that small group of friends on Elm St.

I visited Sally the last few years as her Deacon from First Presbyterian Church in Neenah. I first met her when she was in her condo. I enjoyed my visits with her because she was always happy and very candid about her thoughts on things. She loved her family to pieces. She always told me she had a very wonderful family and she loved it when they visited. Whenever I would ask her if I could do anything for her or bring her anything she always said " No, I just like to have visitors." She did like to see and visit with people. I will miss being able to see her. She was a bright spot in my say. My condolences to all the family. I'm sure she will be missed. She was a bright spirit. Becky Oftedahl
