William Devine

Bill was my SCORE counselor. He was instrumental in helping me establish and successfully run my small business. His no nonsense yet compassionate approach will always be remembered and appreciated.

Bill was (still is) an inspiration. I do not mean that lightly but refer to its original meaning. Bill’s presence shared the divine spirit. He never failed to make me happy when we passed on a morning walk. The instances were few and fleeting, but always memorable.
