I remember when in 1969 bill sold a 1967 Buick grand sport to don which he kept until the day he died

I offer my sincere condolences to Rose, Bill Jr., Hans, Julie, and the extended family. I was saddened to see Bill Sr.’s obituary today, but I also realized that he led a long and rewarding life. I worked for Bill for more than 20 years and found him to be a caring and fair employer. Under his leadership, the business did very well, which was appreciated by our loyal, long-term clientele and admired by our competitors. One thing that stands out to me is that Bill showed us we could have fun while doing our jobs. We enjoyed great Christmas parties, summer family picnics, night skiing at Mount Morris, Milwaukee Brewers games, and even a canoe trip! I have been retired for 20 years now, but I still look back on my working years with Bill with fond memories. Rest in peace, Bill.
