Being Rosie's neighbor down the block for over thirty years has been a pleasure. Chatting at the kitchen table, over the phone or just a wave you could feel the love. She will be missed much.

Karla and Ruth, My deepest sympathies to you both. Your parents and my parents were friends on many accounts, Carmen (Dragon) worked with my dad at Gilbert Paper and introduced my parents to Timber Trails Campgrounds in Algoma. I got to know your parents very well. I remember staying at your house one time and we went to a pumpkin patch and Rosie told me to pick out a big pumpkin. Carrying the pumpkin to the car, the stem broke off my pumpkin and Rosie said that was ok and helped calm me down from the pumpkin tragedy. Rosie will always hold a special place in my heart.
